While creating an Alias, Artists will have to agree to our Terms of Use, which include the Aliases Licence. Under the terms of this contract, an artist licences his/her content to Alias Platform to use this Content to train the model (the Alias), publish the resulting Alias(es) and Generated Outputs.

Generated Outputs are images generated by the Alias.

The Artists publishes his/her Generated Output under the Creative Commons Attribution-NoDerivatives 4.0 International Public License ; this means that the Generated Output that hasn't been Purchased cannot be modified nor commercialized, but can be shared and reproduced. Platform-User must always credit the Artist and Alias while sharing the Generated Output.

Your Purchased Generated Output is governed by the Alias Token-Bound License. The Alias Token-bound License grants permission to use the content generated by an Alias. This permission is granted to everyone, but there's a catch: you need to own a special digital token (NFT) to use it. When you create an Alias, you can specify how people can use the Alias output by embedding rights into digital tokens. To use the output in a particular way, people have to acquire the tokens associated with these rights, and if you give that token to someone else, they get the rights. Hence, the license follows the token. It's like owning a ticket to a show. If you give your ticket to someone else, they get the right to go to the show instead.
