Can I approve all Generated outputs of my Alias before an end-user purchases any usage right on it?

Yes you can. To do so, please select the “contact me” option while setting up the usages options for your Alias. You can do so when you publish it, and you can modify it at a later stage by going into your Aliases Dashboard under the Usage tab.
